LED Photometric&Colorimetric&Electrical Measurement Systems


Tenme provides spectroradiometer analysis systems for LED and package consist of an integrating sphere and a high-accuracy HAAS series array spectroradiometer, standard lamps for calibration and power supply.
The measurable items are luminous flux, luminous efficiency, relative spectral power distribution, chromaticity coordinates, CCT, dominant wavelength, peak wavelength, FWHM, CRI, purity, red ratio, SDCM, forward voltage, reverse voltage, forward current and reverse current, etc.
Tenme can also offer tests and analysis of the photometric&colorimetric&electrical characteristics of LED, COB, and LED modules at different case/junction temperatures.

1.Milliseconds Measurement Speed for LED
Supporting LED special pulse DC power supply, it can realize the transient optical characteristics measurement (pulse measurement) and steady-state optical characteristics measurement (DC measurement) of LED, and realize the millisecond measurement speed and scientific measurement accuracy of LED under test.
2. Automatic Rise Time Determaination
It can automatically describe the change curve of luminous flux/power/voltage/current with time after the light source is started, and can automatically judge the rise time and stable time of the light source.
3. Comprehensive Measurement Functions
With voltage, current, luminous flux, wavelength multi-grade classification and white LED color partition function, to meet the high requirements of LED production line quality control.
